Spareribs St. Louis Cut "Rocco Rib" in the oven
Our spare ribs are quick and easy to prepare. Simply put them in the oven for 18-25 minutes and they're ready.

Preheat the oven to 245°C hot air. Can also be done in an oven with top and bottom heat, in a gas oven or in a wood-fired oven.
Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap. Cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
Place on the grill rack, meat side up. CAUTION: To keep your oven clean, slide a baking sheet or drip pan under the rack.
Slide onto the middle rack of the oven and roast at 245°C for 18–25 minutes, until the meat is golden brown on the outside.
Tip: Brush the ribs at the end with Juice Royal, the best roast pork gravy in the world.
Turn off the oven and let the meat rest with the oven door slightly open for about 5–10 minutes.
