Pulled Pork 'Teared Pork Cut' on the grill

Our pulled pork cut, specially portioned for 2-3 people, is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place it on the grill for 40-45 minutes, and you're done!

Preparation

1.Heat up the grill

Preheat your grill to 170°C. If you are using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.

2.Warm up the meat

Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap, cut open the bag - remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.

3.Grilling

Roast the meat at 170°C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 40-45 minutes until the roast is golden brown. Depending on your grill, this may take a bit longer or shorter.

4.Pork gravy 'Juice Royal'

Tip: Finally, brush the pulled pork with 'Juice Royal', 'the best pork gravy in the world' or with BBQ sauce.

5.Tear the meat

Leave the pulled pork to rest for approx. 5-10 minutes, then shred with two forks.
