Rolled veal roast 'Tender Wheel' on the grill
Our rolled veal roast is quick and easy to prepare. Simply place on the grill for 70-90 minutes and it's ready.

Ingredients
Preparation
Preheat your grill to 170°C. If you are using a gas grill, bring it up to temperature approx. 10 minutes before grilling.
Place the bag in the sink for 5-10 minutes in warm water from the tap. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain. Pat the meat dry with kitchen paper.
Grill the veal roast at 170°C indirect heat (not directly over the embers and with the lid closed) for approx. 70-90 minutes until it's golden brown. Depending on your grill, this may take a bit longer or shorter.
Then leave the roast to rest for approx. 5-10 minutes.
Before serving, cut the string and carefully remove it from the meat.
Tip: Finally, brush the roast with '37 Hours' sauce, 'the best demi-glace in the world'.
