Butter Chicken

Ingredients
Prepare the meat
6 pieces | Hühnerbrust "Gentle Chick" |
Sauce
350 ml | Demi Glace "37 Hours" |
25 g | Creme fraîche |
250 ml | Chicken stock |
1 piece | Onion |
1 dash | Olive oil |
50 g | Butter |
130 g | Spinach |
10 Stück | Cherry Tomato |
Preparation steps
Prepare the meat
- Place the “Gentle Chick” chicken breast fillets in the vacuum pack in warm tap water for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bags, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
Sauce
- Bring the “37 Hours” demi-glace to the boil in a pan and stir in the crème fraîche. Then dilute again with a little chicken stock or the soup and set aside.
- Dice the onion and sauté with a dash of olive oil and the butter in a pan over a medium heat until translucent. Then add the spinach.
- As soon as the spinach has collapsed, add the cherry tomatoes and the prepared chicken fillets and fry briefly.
- Then pour in the sauce and simmer gently for 10 minutes. If the sauce becomes too thick, add the remaining chicken stock or soup.
Tip: For extra crunch, simply sprinkle with chopped, roasted peanuts.
