Bacon Cabbage
1 pieceWhite cabbage, small
200 gBacon
1 pieceOnion
10 tbsp.White wine vinegar
10 tbsp.Canola oil
2 tsp.Sugar
2 tsp.Cumin
1 pinchSalt
SomePepper

Preparation steps

Pork Knuckle

  1. Prepare the Pork Knuckle Crack Leg according to the cooking instructions


Bacon Cabbage

  1. Slice the white cabbage into strips, dice the bacon and onion
  2. Blanch the cabbage for approx. 8 mins. in boiling salted water, then rinse in cold water.
  3. Fry the diced bacon and onion in a pan, then mix with the remaining ingredients (vinegar, oil, sugar and spices) and pour over the white cabbage.
  4. Mix well and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
