Pork Knuckle
1 piece | Pork Knuckle "Crack Leg" |
Bacon Cabbage
1 piece | White cabbage, small |
200 g | Bacon |
1 piece | Onion |
10 tbsp. | White wine vinegar |
10 tbsp. | Canola oil |
2 tsp. | Sugar |
2 tsp. | Cumin |
1 pinch | Salt |
Some | Pepper |
Preparation steps
Pork Knuckle
- Prepare the Pork Knuckle Crack Leg according to the cooking instructions
Bacon Cabbage
- Slice the white cabbage into strips, dice the bacon and onion
- Blanch the cabbage for approx. 8 mins. in boiling salted water, then rinse in cold water.
- Fry the diced bacon and onion in a pan, then mix with the remaining ingredients (vinegar, oil, sugar and spices) and pour over the white cabbage.
- Mix well and leave to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
