Easy Burger de luxe
Wafer-thin slices of butter-tender veal from the lean “Great Peak” Tafelspitz, served with fresh vegetables on a crispy browned burger bun. There is no easier way to prepare a fine burger than with this quick recipe.

Ingredients
Prepare the meat
| 16 slices | Kalbstafelspitz "Great Peak" |
Top the burgers
| 4 pieces | Burger buns |
| 120 g | Mayonnaise |
| 2 pieces | Gherkins |
| 2 pieces | Lettuce |
| 1 piece | Red onion |
| Some | Parsley, chopped |
Preparation steps
Prepare the meat
- Unpack the ready-to-cook “Great Peak” veal shank and cut into thin slices.
Top the burgers
- Brown the burger buns briefly on the grill or in the grill pan to create a nice pattern.
- Spread half of the mayonnaise on the underside of the buns.
- Finely chop the gherkins and fold into the other half of the mayonnaise in a bowl.
- Cover the underside of the burger buns with lettuce leaves and the thinly sliced “Great Peak” veal. Pour the pickled gherkin mayonnaise over the meat, garnish with onion rings and parsley and place the tops of the burger buns on top.
