37 Orange Juice
350 ml | Demi Glace "37 Hours" |
100 ml | Orangensaft |
3 EL | Grand Manier (Orangenlikör) |
2 EL | Orangen- oder Marillen-Marmelade |
Preparation steps
Season the sauce to taste
- Mix the Demi Glace 37 Hours with the orange juice, Grand Manier and a little orange or apricot jam.
Bring to a boil
- Bring the sauce to a boil in a pan at 100°C for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
