37 Orange Juice
350 mlDemi Glace "37 Hours"
100 mlOrangensaft
3 ELGrand Manier (Orangenlikör)
2 ELOrangen- oder Marillen-Marmelade

Preparation steps

Season the sauce to taste

  1. Mix the Demi Glace 37 Hours with the orange juice, Grand Manier and a little orange or apricot jam.


Bring to a boil

  1. Bring the sauce to a boil in a pan at 100°C for 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
