Yogurt Mint Dip
This cool, refreshing sauce can be mixed in just a few minutes from very few ingredients and is ideal for light enjoyment on hot days. A quick recipe for a summery dip, perfect for finger food such as pork wings.

Ingredients
Yogurt Mint Dip
125 g | Greek yogurt |
125 g | Crème Fraîche |
1 bunch | Mint, finely chopped |
1 tbsp. | Mustard |
1 tbsp. | Lime juice |
1 pinch | Salt |
Preparation steps
Prepare the sauce
- Mix all the ingredients together, stir until smooth and season to taste.
Serve
