BBQ Sauce
350 mlDemi Glace "37 Hours"
1 ELZucker
350 mlBBQ-Sauce nach Belieben

Prepare the meat

  1. Place the Great Peak veal in the vacuum pack in hot tap water in the sink for 5-10 minutes. Cut open the bag, remove the meat and empty the liquid down the drain.
  2. Cut the veal into slices approx. 2.5 cm thick (across the grain) and skewer on wooden skewers (with the wider side facing down).
  3. Then fry the steak pops for approx. 5 minutes on each side on the barbecue at 240°C (indirect heat).


BBQ-Sauce

  1. While the steak pops are roasting on the grill, you can prepare the BBQ sauce. To do this, place all the ingredients in a saucepan and reduce for approx. 10 minutes while stirring.
  2. When the skewers are ready, simply pour the sauce over them and enjoy the juicy BBQ steak pops.
