Baked potatoes with rosemary
Oven-baked potatoes are a popular, quick side dish for meat. For our crispy baked potatoes, you only need rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper for a great aroma. And it's that easy!

Ingredients
Prepare the potatoes
600 g | Small potatoes |
Season and bake
2 cloves | Garlic |
4 tbsp. | Olive oil |
2 tbsp. | Rosemary, chopped |
Some | Salt |
Some | Pepper |
Preparation steps
Prepare the potatoes
- Preheat the oven to 200°C fan oven.
- Line the baking tray with baking paper.
- Clean the potatoes and prick them all over several times with the tip of a knife.
- Place the potatoes on the baking tray.
Season and bake
- Peel and finely chop the garlic.
- Mix the potatoes with the olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Roast in the oven (middle shelf) for approx. 50 minutes until golden brown.
