Baked potatoes with rosemary

Oven-baked potatoes are a popular, quick side dish for meat. For our crispy baked potatoes, you only need rosemary, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper for a great aroma. And it's that easy!

Ingredients

Prepare the potatoes
600 gSmall potatoes
Season and bake
2 clovesGarlic
4 tbsp.Olive oil
2 tbsp.Rosemary, chopped
SomeSalt
SomePepper

Preparation steps

Prepare the potatoes

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan oven.
  2. Line the baking tray with baking paper.
  3. Clean the potatoes and prick them all over several times with the tip of a knife.
  4. Place the potatoes on the baking tray.

Season and bake

  1. Peel and finely chop the garlic.
  2. Mix the potatoes with the olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Roast in the oven (middle shelf) for approx. 50 minutes until golden brown.
